When will the apps launch?
We're targeting an initial TestFlight beta soon, with public launch on the App Store and Mac App Store shortly after. Drop your email above and we'll ping you the moment a build is ready.
What about my web account and credits?
If you have a Recovery Code from the web app, hold on to it — we'll publish a migration path so any unused credits and history transfer to your native account at launch. Email us if you need help locating it.
I need to blur a video right now — what do I do?
The web service is paused while we re-engineer it on-device. If you have an urgent need, reach out at contact@privideo.ai and we'll help you out manually.
